/mood stats
View your mood statistics as insightful percentages and associations. Use this command to see trends in your emotional check-ins—including your most common moods, activity pairings, and summary statements (e.g., “When feeling grateful you also logged hobbies (2 times)”). Stats are based on where you logged moods: server stats only count logs made in that server, and DMs are tracked separately.
💬 Usage
/mood stats [period]
[period]– (Optional) Specify a time period for your stats (e.g., week, month, all). If omitted, shows stats for all time.
This command is specifically for seeing your mood statistics over a period of time.
📌 Example
/mood stats month
This will:
- Display an embed summarizing your mood logs for the past month
- Show a percentage breakdown of your most frequently selected moods
- List the activities you most often paired with each mood
- Include summary statements like: “When feeling grateful you also logged hobbies (2 times)”
🗃️ Notes
- Stats are tracked separately for each server and for in DMs
- If you logged moods in DMs and run this command in a server, you’ll see zero stats for that server
- Percentages help you spot mood and activity trends over your chosen time period
- Use this to reflect on your wellbeing patterns and find what lifts your mood
