This Privacy Policy explains how Elysium ("the Bot", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with the bot through Discord. By using Elysium, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Elysium only collects data that is necessary to provide its features and functionality.

2.1 User Data

  • Discord User ID
  • Username and display name
  • Server (Guild) ID
  • Channel ID

2.2 Content Data

  • Messages or inputs provided through bot commands
  • Journals, mood logs, habit tracking entries, and similar user-generated content
  • Preferences or settings saved through bot features

2.3 System Data

  • Command usage logs
  • Error logs for debugging and performance improvements

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly to:

  • Provide and maintain bot functionality
  • Store user-specific features (journals, habits, reminders, etc.)
  • Improve performance and reliability
  • Debug issues and prevent abuse

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

9. Data Deletion

If you stop using Elysium or leave servers where it is active, your data may remain stored unless a deletion request is made.

You can request full deletion of your data at any time.

10. Children's Privacy

Elysium is not intended for users under the age of 13.
If we become aware that data from a user under 13 has been collected, it will be deleted.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the bot after changes means you accept the updated policy.
